A beautiful Spiny Oyster Turquoise Bronze Composite cabochon is set in my hand fabricated old fashioned skeleton key design! Each of my 'KEYS' is totally unique and one-of-a-kind - none are identical!
What is Spiny Oyster Turquoise Bronze Composite?
It is a combination of small pieces of Spiny Oyster Shell (natural) and Turquoise (natural) compressed with bronze and resin into a block, which is then cut -or cabbed - by a lapidary artist into these cabochons which I can then use in my silver work!
I love how beautiful the color combinations are, and the fact that this process uses tiny chips and pieces of otherwise unusable material minimizing waste from the cutting of larger cabs is a big plus in my book!
This charm comes with a sterling silver (made in Italy) lobster clasp!
Clip to your favorite charm necklace, necklace chain, bag, bracelet, etc! The possibilities are endless.
Choose one of these: Stainless steel bead chain OR stainless steel box chain if needed!
Size: approximately 2 inches long. Please refer to photos of piece next to ruler and quarter for size reference.
Clasp is 12 mm x 6mm so a nice sturdy size but not too big!

Azteca Designs jewelry is hand-fabricated one unique piece at a time by me! Most of my work features intentional oxidation and patina. This finish is not meant to be removed, however, a small polishing cloth is included with silver jewelry orders and you may use this to gently clean your silver jewelry if it begins to tarnish.
Some gemstones are more delicate than others. Please wear pieces with care. I recommend removing all jewelry before strenuous activity or bathing/swimming.
